We are delighted to welcome you as a valued customer of Nasstar, or Nasstar Channel. We’ve created this page to help you understand the changes to banking and answer some of the questions you may have.
As you will know from our recent communications, the way you pay is changing. Up until now, KCOM has been acting as a billing agent whereby we invoice and receive payments from you via the original KCOM systems and bank account. This will be changing from 1st April 2022 and will require you to update your supplier payment information accordingly.

What is happening and why?
As we come to the end of the acquisition transition period, KCOM will no longer be acting as a billing agent for invoices paid to Nasstar. Therefore, it’s important that from 1st April 2022, customers change this information to ensure payments are made to GCI Network Solutions Limited under the brand name Nasstar.
